However, we are living longer than our parents and realize that we have more in us, we want to make a difference, perhaps you are searching for your second act.

Members of this generation were raised to be reactive. We waited for opportunities to appear and then we would adapt.

In today’s world we need to be proactive and make changes when we want them not what others tells us they should be.
